Rooted in stillness and shaped by curiosity, my classes weave together breath, movement, and awareness as gateways to deeper connection—to the body, to emotion, and to what’s quietly true beneath the noise. I teach from lived experience, drawing on years of exploring the nervous system through yoga, breathwork, and meditation.

My yoga classes are an exploration of presence—where strength and softness meet—interweaving the teachings of Vinyasa and Ashtanga to create a practice that is both grounding and expansive. My breathwork sessions offer a space to release what’s been held and open the heart, guided by my studies with David Elliott.

Through intentional breath and playful music, I invite students to move beyond structure and into a more joyful, embodied way of being. Informed by studies in anatomy, creative expression, and mindfulness, my classes offer a space to slow down, reconnect, and feel deeply. Whether in a group setting or an intimate workshop, my intention remains the same: to guide others toward balance, openness, and a sense of belonging within themselves.
